The Hogs have lost one of their offensive line prospects.

Arkansas is going through its first decommitment of the year with the loss of offensive lineman Dwayne Fisher.

Fisher committed to Arkansas in early April and was one of three linemen committed to the Hogs. It’s still early in the recruiting rankings process, and still hasn’t been rated by Rivals, but he was considered a 2/3-star prospect. He chose the Razorbacks over offers from Mississippi State, Colorado, Arkansas State, Louisiana-Monroe and others.

The Razorbacks had three linemen committed already so they’re still in good shape to land a solid group of linemen come February. Linemen will still be a big priority for this class since Arkansas didn’t meet their goals in numbers for the last two classes.

Arkansas drops back down to eight commitments for the 2017 class. Now that we know Arkansas plans on taking full advantage of satellite camps, it will be interesting to see how many commitments the Hogs are able to land over the summer.
