The NCAA is at it again.

Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan coaching staff teamed up with South Florida for a satellite camp at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida on June 4.

At the previous nine satellite camps for Harbaugh and his staff, the head coach would sign autographs and take pictures with every single camper. Those actions are no longer allowed.

Michigan compliance sent out a tweet after the camp that said, “NCAA rules prohibit UM coaches & staff from taking pictures w/ recruits or their family before, during or after non-institutional camps.

Since the satellite camps started for Michigan on June 1, Harbaugh appeared after to speak with the media, answer questions and give a few quick updates. However, after the camp in Tampa, Florida, Harbaugh did not talk to the media. Instead, South Florida coach Willie Taggart took on those duties.
